  • Copy of valid Saudi national ID

  • Completed application form for Home Finance

  • Completed applicant undertaking form

  • Completed applicant health declaration

  • Salary certificate with salary details

  • Bank statement

  • Deposit of valuation fees

  • The offer is valid until all the units are sold out
  • Available to Saudis only

  • Salary transfer is not required for all customers, except for retirees and unaccredited private sector employees

  • Minimum salary:

  • The government and military sector and major companies:

  • For salary transfers: SAR 5,000

  • For non-salary transferees: SAR 8,000

  • Certified companies in the private sector:
