Open Riyad Mobile App and select “forgot password”. If your account is locked for security reasons, then the system will identify your case automatically once you try to login and you will be taken to the appropriate option.

All you have to do is follow the below steps:

1. Identify who you are

   • Enter you National ID or IQAMA number or GCC ID

2. Authenticate it’s YOU

   • The system will show you all available Debit and/or Credit cards (masked) then you can select the card to be used for registration
   • You simply need to enter the PIN of the selected Debit/Credit card
   Note: if the selected card is credit, then you will also need to enter the expiry date as embossed on the card

3. Enter a new Password

   • Enter a new password for Digital Banking Channels and re-enter it again for confirmation
   • Then you need to review your Digital Profile and make necessary changes:
     1. Your username
     2. Your email
     3. Your Riyad Line PIN (made up of 4 digits)
   • And then accept the Terms & Conditions

That’s it! The reactivation process was completed successfully and you can go back to enjoying our digital banking channels.

   • Enter the account number or credit card number

2. Enter a new Password

   • Enter a new password for Digital Banking Channels and re-enter it again for confirmation
   • Then you need to review your Digital Profile and make necessary changes:
     1. Your username
     2. Your email
     3. Your Riyad Line PIN (made up of 4 digits)
   • And then accept the Terms & Conditions

3. Visit the nearest branch

   Once all necessary data is entered, the system will display an activation code; you need to visit the branch and provide the CSR with this code to complete the reactivation process, so you can go back to enjoying our digital banking channels.
