Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is valid from 30/03/2025 until 30/04/2025
- Campaign is applicable only for Riyad Bank Visa Credit cardholders who have received communication from Riyad Bank via SMS, email or mobile notification.
- The ‘Cashback’ will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Credit Cards only.
- Card Present Purchase transactions made through points of sale or the online transactions only are eligible.
- Campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals & E-wallet.
- The qualified transactions will be net of reversals, void transactions and disputes, if any.
- Riyad Bank staff, Private banking customers will be excluded from this campaign.
- Riyad Bank and/or Visa reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time without notification to the customer. This Offer becomes null and void in the event it has been removed from Riyad Bank website
- If any customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, the bank has the right to exclude that customer at any stage of the campaign
- Spend above SAR 4,500 and earn 5% cashback on all international Card Present POS spends up to SAR 550.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible Transactions: Card Present transactions effected during the Period in the campaign “Territory” on the selected cards only
- 2One (1) Qualified Card per customer is eligible for one (1) award during the Period
- Award Mechanism:
- Awards will be calculated and paid at the end of the campaign, but not later than 30th of June 2025
- Statement credit message will contain the following wording: “Visa Travel Cashback”
- Other Terms:
- Total campaign fund:
- The total fund made available for the “At Destination Campaign” is limited
- Visa reserves the right to suspend or terminate the “At Destination Campaign” before the expiry of the Period upon full fund utilization or otherwise at Visa’s discretion
- If the total rewards earned exceed the total campaign fund, winners will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the following criteria:
- Cardholders that reach the “Spend Threshold” for their segment first
- Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the award period end date of of June 20th, 2025. Any complaints submitted after this date will not be considered
- In making the “At Destination Campaign” available to cardholders, the Issuer must comply with the Visa Rules, all applicable laws, regulations and requirements of applicable authorities in the Territory, including, but not limited to, obtaining of required registrations, producing notifications, complying with applicable privacy/data protection and consent requirements in respect of the cardholders.
