A program between the Saudi Housing Guarantee Services Company “Damanat” and Riyad Bank to contribute to supporting and financing off-plan sales projects in the housing sector, While “Damanat” provides guarantees on the credit facilities granted by Riyad Bank to the real estate developer at a certain rate and according to the terms and conditions criteria.
