To better serve Diamond Banking customers in a way that meets their aspirations and needs, we are pleased to announce (Tharwat Program) for financing against the mortgage of the client’s collateral and the ability to extract financing against the mortgage of specific assets owned by the client with a specific coverage ratio and clear sources of repayment from the client’s income. In which covers the value of the financing granted to the customer, provided that the purpose of the financing is acceptable to Riyad Bank.
