Small and Medium-sized Enterprises can apply today through Relationship Manager.

What are the required documents to apply for Riyad SME Credit Card?

The company first must have an account with Riyad Bank. Then, apply for opening a Business Card Account with Riyad Bank and Riyad Bank will be authorized to issue Business Cards to the employees of the company as per authorized person’s request.

You can issue as many cards as your business needs without breaching your total credit limit.

How do I activate my SME Credit Card?

You can activate your card simply through Riyad contact center on 8001222444

Can I provision my card in Apple Pay and MADA Pay?

Yes, you can provision your card in Apple Pay and MADA Pay manually.

Can the customer choose the card tier?

Yes. The company can choose the desired card tier.

If the card lost or stolen, what is the procedure to report the event ?

The Cardholder must notify the Bank immediately by telephone at Riyad Bank: 8001222444.

Can I increase/decrease the card limit?

Yes. Please contact your Relationship Manager.

Can I withdraw cash from my SME credit card?

Yes, & cash withdrawal limit is 30% of your card limit.

Can I make online and PoS purchase with Riyad SME credit card?

Yes, you can make any transaction type through your card either online or through POS.

Does the card support 3D-secure protocol?

Yes. You can avail of 3D Secure Payment Service for performing online transactions.
